This rare vintage Danish Sterling Silver Brutalist ring is an exceptional example of mid-century Modernist design, inspired by the iconic Scandinavian style made famous by designers such as Henning Koppel and Georg Jensen. Dating from the 1960's, it is a bold statement piece that perfectly reflects the clean, sculptural forms of Danish jewellery from this influential period.
The ring features a striking abstract Brutalist design with smooth, flowing lines and a substantial sculptural form that immediately catches the eye. Its bold silhouette is reminiscent of Model 125, the celebrated Modernist silver ring designed by Henning Koppel for Georg Jensen. While not attributed as a Georg Jensen piece, it beautifully captures the same timeless Scandinavian aesthetic and artistic craftsmanship.
Wonderfully substantial and comfortable to wear, this impressive ring has a commanding presence on the hand, making it an ideal choice for lovers of vintage designer-inspired jewellery and distinctive Modernist silver.
Inside the band, the ring is stamped 925 together with the maker's mark TH, indicating its high silver content and authentic vintage manufacture.
